Admitted to or enrolled in more than one full-time degree programme

If you are already enrolled in another full-time degree programme

In accordance with the Danish Ministerial Order on Admission and Enrolment on Master's (Candidacus) Programmes at Universities, students are only allowed to be enrolled in one full-time degree programme at a time.

If you wish to retain your new enrolment at the Faculty og Social Sciences, but already are enrolled in another degree programme, you must terminate your enrolment in the other degree programme before the semester start date of your degree programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences; i.e. before 1 September for the Fall semester intake and 1 February for the Spring semester intake.

Please be advised that if you receive grant and/or loan from the Danish State Educational Grant and Loan Scheme (SU), you must contact the your local SU-office yourself and notify them of the fact that you have enrolled in a new degree programme.

If you have to choose between two or more offers of admission

If you have applied for MSc degree programmes solely at the University of Copenhagen, you will automatically only recieve an offer of admission for one of the MSc degree programmes for which you have applied and you need to take no further action in terms of the other MSc degree programmes for which you have applied.

If you have applied for MSc degree programmes at more than one university in Denmark and choose to accept another offer of admission after being admitted at the Faculty of Social Sciences, you must inform the Faculty of your decision. For information on how to annul your admisssion/terminate your enrolment, go to 'If you regret applying or wish to decline offer of admission/terminate enrolment'.
