Infection status at the Faculty of Social Sciences

 

15 July

A student at Department of Economics’ summer school "Economic History of Europe" has reported infection with Covid-19. The person in question has not been physically present during the teaching at CSS in week 28. Therefore, class teaching can continue while the student in question has gone into isolation. No further action required.

9 July

A student at Department of Economics’ summer school “Continued Statistics,  team Marcus” (videregående statistik), has reported infection. Close contacts in the student’s work group have isolated in order to have a PCR on the 4th and 6th day as per current guidelines. All other students recommended to test as possible "other contact".

 

 

3 June

A student at BA Political Science, 6th semester has reported infection with COVID-19. The student was most recently at CSS on 1 June for self-testing, but did not meet with any fellow students. No further action necessary.

 

 

30 May

A student at Psychology, BA, 2nd semester, has reported infection with COVID-19. The student was most recently at CSS on 28 May. The class has been sent home and encouraged to have PCR-tests as possible close contacts.

 

27 May

A student of political science, KA, 8th semester has reported infection with Covid-19. As the person in question last visited CSS in November 2020, no infection detection will be carried out.

24 May

A student of political science, social studies, class SAMF, 2nd semester, has reported having been a close contact to a student infected with a particularly contagious variant of COVID-19. The students were sent home for online teaching and encouraged to take PCR tests on the 4th and 6th day as possible close contacts.

21 May

A student of economics, team 11, 2nd semester has reported infection with Covid-19. Fellow students and lecturers have been informed along the way. All encouraged to be tested, and in case of close contact, by a PCR test.

20 May

A student at BA, Economics,  1st semester, has reported infection with COVID-19. The student has most recently been to CSS on 18 May. The class has been sent home for online teaching and encouraged to have a PCR-test as possible close contacts.

A student at BA Social Science Studies 2nd semester has reported infection with COVID-19. The student has most recently been to CSS on 18 May, but has met with a study group, only, who all (three) have been notified and accordingly have isolated in order to get a PCR-test as possible close contacts.

16 May

A student at Sociology has reported infection with COVID-19. The student has most recently been at CSS on Wednesday 12 May, and therefore it is not considered necessary to send the team home. The team is encouraged to be tested as possible close contact, ie. To get a PCR test.

May 13

A student at Economics has reported infection with COVID-19. The student has most recently been at CSS on Monday 10 May, and therefore it is not considered necessary to send the team home. The team is encouraged to be tested as possible close contact, ie. To get a PCR test.

 

 

 

Infection among students must be reported to the education management on this form. Infection among employees must be reported to the immediate supervisor.
