Main tasks of the joint reception

  • Purchase of office supplies, furniture for offices and meeting rooms as well as coffee / tea and other things for the Faculty kitchens
  • Purchase of PCs and other IT equipment for the departments (except for the Department of Economics)
  • Administration and onsite support of IT equipment (except for the Department of Economics)
    Distribution of mail, parcels and goods
  • Onboarding of new employees and resignations - everything practical in terms of equipment, signs, keys, ID cards, welcome material etc.
  • Guest reception and guidance
  • Meeting service for PhD defense
  • Coordination of relocations, including preparation of relocation plans, ordering relocators etc
  • Ordering craftsmen for major repairs or conversions. As before, the individual employee is asked to report small things, such as dripping taps, running toilets, lack of cleaning, to the operation via the Facility Manager system
  • Holiday and absence registration
  • General journal management
