Change of email and address
The Faculty of Social Sciences’ study administration will primarily communicate with you by e-mail. Until the semester start date, the Faculty will contact you on the e-mail address that you entered when you applied for admission. E-mail notifications about messages to you in the online application portal will, likewise, be sent to this e-mail address.
It is, thus, important that you inform the Faculty of Social Sciences if you change this e-mail address before the semester start date. Write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your personal data, including information on the MSc degree programme(s) that you have applied for, and your current and former e-mail addresses.
After the semester start date, all e-mail communication between you and the Faculty will be done via your alumni e-mail account.
When you move to your address in Denmark to commence your studies and if you move to another address in your home country prior to starting your studies, you must inform the Faculty of your new address. Write an e-mail to email@example.com containing your personal data, including information on the MSc degree programme(s) that you have applied for, and your current and former addresses.
If you move during your studies, your Danish address will be updated via the Danish Cental Office of Civil Registration.
