Section for research, development and communication - object and duties
The main duties of the section is:
- Outreach work in relation to foundations and development of plans for research applications within SOCIAL SCIENCE's strategic focus areas,
- The faculty's focus on continuing and further education,
- Planning of events
- Knowledge exchange with the outside world
- Internal and external communication, including web, KUnet, newsletter, press enquiries, news and social media
- Management support and counselling of the faculty's Dean's Office (dean, vice-dean and faculty director)
- Secretarial assistance for a number of management and co-operation forums, including Dean's Council meetings, the
- Faculty's Management Team, Academic Council, Administrator Forum and the SAMF Research Ethics Committee as well as other committees on an ad hoc basis
- Consultations and nominations for councils, boards and committees, awards and positions of trust
- Implementation of and follow-up on UCPH's strategy and the faculty's target plan
- Legal assistance in relation to contracts, agreements, access to documents, GDPR, etc.
