Research committee
The Research Committee is an advisory committee on research and innovation under the Faculty Management Team (FLT).
The overall purpose of the committee is to:
- Advise the associate dean for research and the FLT on research and innovation-related issues.
- Support research and innovation strategies at faculty and KU level.
- Support dialogue between management and staff on research and innovation-related issues.
- Support the best possible research infrastructure (in collaboration with relevant KU bodies).
- Support the faculty in conducting research at the highest international level.
Composition of the committee:
- The associate dean for research is the chair person of the FFU and is responsible for its management.
- The departments are represented by the Deputy Head of Department for Research (VILF). SODAS is represented by a VIP representative.
The FFU holds monthly meetings. The minutes of the meetings can be viewed on KUnet.
The FFU secretariat is serviced by the Faculty Staff, and enquiries can be directed to Peter Wedel Bay at prodekan-forskning@samf.ku.dk.

The mission for the research committee (in Danish)
