Support for learning, student life and physical frameworks
The Faculty of Social Sciences has in place a number of measures to support student learning, student life and the students’ physical surroundings. The key elements of this work are described below.
Course evaluations

Study areas, thesis-writing workstations and group rooms
The Centre for Health and Society houses a variety of specialised types of places for different study activities:
- thesis-writing workstations
- reading places
- computer places
- group rooms.

Student-organised initiatives
Student-led initiatives concerning the study environment include various cafés, entertainment committees and study councils. Diagram of student involvement in the faculty (in Danish).

Rooms for student-led activities
The faculty makes rooms available for academic and social events, e.g. “regional” rooms, cafés, rooms for societies, etc. The students also have the option of holding social events, parties, etc. in the café at the Centre for Health and Society (“Kommunen”).
