The external panel receives the completed template, a proposed table of contents for their commentary, and written materials

If the external panel wishes to meet with individuals other than the Study Board and leadership during their visit, the panel's chair must inform the Head of Studies no later than one week after receiving the materials

The external panel visits the programme and meets, at a minimum, with the Head of Studies, Head of Department, Associate Dean for Education, and Study Board

Head of Studies receives the recommendations and comments from the external panel. Deadline to be agreed upon between the panel's chair and the Head of Studies. The panel should have a minimum of 2 weeks after the visit to prepare the commentary
