Follow-up on the Rector's feedback on the Dean’s Annual Report on Quality of Education 

Basis for the procedure

As prescribed in the Policy for Quality Assurance of Study Programmes at the University of Copenhagen, the Faculty of Social Sciences has a procedure for the Faculty’s follow-up on the rector’s feedback on the Dean’s Annual Report on Quality of Education. The procedure sets out who is involved and how, and who is responsible for the follow-up.

January

The Dean (The Study Administration Services and Section for research, development and communication)

The faculty management discusses the rector’s feedback on the Dean’s Annual Report on Quality of Education. The heads of studies and heads of department receive the rector’s feedback on the dean’s reporting and an updated version of the template with specific follow-up points.

15 May The Head of Studies (The Study Administration Services) In the programme reports and programme evaluations, the heads of studies describe the follow-up on those parts of the rector’s feedback for which the heads of studies, and possibly the heads of department, have been responsible.
15 August The Dean (The Study Administration Services) The dean reviews the programme reports and the programme evaluations and decides whether the follow-up is satisfactory.
1 October The Dean (The Study Administration Services) In the Dean’s Annual Report on Quality of Education, the dean describes the follow-up on those parts of the rector’s feedback for which the dean has been responsible.

Responsible

The dean is responsible for following up on the rector’s feedback on the Dean’s Annual Report on Quality of Education. The associate dean for education is responsible for execution and coordination.
